This initiative, aligned with the Decolonisation Manifesto in the 2024 Decolonisation Report, seeks individuals committed to confronting Cambridge’s colonial history and building a more equitable academic community.
Our Mission
Rooted in the recommendations of the Decolonisation Manifesto, our mission is to dismantle Eurocentric structures, address colonial legacies, and ensure diverse voices are central to university life. Key focus areas include repatriation of cultural artefacts, curriculum decolonisation, climate and colonialism, and equitable labour practices.
Your Role
As a member, you will:

Contribute to projects that repatriate cultural artefacts and amplify global perspectives,

Support curriculum reforms to include underrepresented voices and decolonial critiques,

Engage in dialogues and develop resources for a sustained, community-centred approach.
