The University’s disciplinary procedures aren’t fit for purpose. We need change now, if we want a University that adequately addresses the problem of sexual and racial harassment on campus. The University Office for Student Conduct Complaints and Appeals (OSCCA) is currently holding a ‘consultation’ about their procedures, so we’re gathering together to show them what we really think.
In homage to action taken in 2019 by the Women’s Campaign pushing on the same issues, we’ll be tying our demands and testimony to the railings of Senate House, the decision making centre of the University.
Meet outside Senate House (on King’s Parade) at 1.30pm. New people always welcome.
Access: There is open access to the pavement, although the road is slightly cobbled. There will not be excessive noise. There are no closely available public toilets. There will not be a hearing loop or a BSL interpreter. If you have any questions about access, send us an email.
