Join us for a Summer Stroll to Granchester Meadows!
Staying in Cambridge over the summer? Why not make the most of the sun by joining your Sabbatical Officers on a walk to Grantchester. The walk will take approximately 40-45 minutes, with a stop-off at a shop on the way for a quick break and a chance to buy some ice cream!
The walk will start by meeting at Cambridge SU, University Centre, where you can fill up your water and use the facilities before you set off.
Once we arrive at Grantchester Meadows, feel free to sit and relax after the walk. Bring along a blanket or find a shady spot under a tree. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, so consider bringing your laptop to catch up on some work or a book to enjoy some quiet reading time in the serene surroundings.
Things to remember:
- Water bottle (you can fill this up from the SU lounge water cooler)
- Sun Cream
- Appropriate footwear
