The 6th of February marks the ‘Time to Talk’ day raising awareness of mental health problems and encouraging people to talk about mental health.
Unwind with refreshments, snacks, and take part in calming activities such as mindful Mandala drawing sessions, puzzles, board games and peer-to-peer co-listening spaces.
This event is completely free to attend, no sign-ups needed and is there to help you recharge, connect and thrive during your studies.
