Level Access - First floor with wide entrance doors. Access via a lift (there are two separate lifts in different locations to enable access). Flat access via the internal corridor from Porters’ Lodge. An accessible w/c shower room is on the same level with flat access.
Hearing- An Induction Loop System is in use, switch to the T position. Portable hearing loops are also available from the conference office (please contact the conference office in advance if the event is out of office hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday).
Visual- Has various lighting settings which can include low lighting. Signage is reflective but placed upon contrasting material.
General- There is a quiet corridor space outside which can be utilised in the event of sensory issues, and seats are available at all times inside the room. Food and drink are allowed.
