CUAFC is an amateur football club representing the University of Cambridge. Founded in 1856, it is the oldest football club in the world.
The club provides an opportunity for players to compete against other university sides and, of course, Oxford in the annual Varsity Matches. On the men's side, the Blues (1sts), Falcons (2nds), and Kestrels (3rds) all compete in BUCS competitions. On the women's side, the Blues (1sts) and the Eagles (2nd) compete in BUCS, and the Merlins (3rds) play friendlies during the year and have a Varsity match vs Oxford as well. All teams play Varsity matches against Oxford each year.
