On an expedition you can experience some of the most remote and beautiful places on earth. They offer you an incredible opportunity to gain a deep and fulfilling appreciation of cultures and ways of life very different from your own. Expeditions are not just rewarding adventures but actually do something valuable and worthwhile- they could even form part of your dissertation research. Past members include Sir David Attenborough, Peter Scott and Sir Vivian Fuchs. We help expeditions every year go out to remote areas of the world. We advise expeditions through the Cambridge Expeditions Committee and organise wilderness 1st aid courses for CUEX expeditions, as well as helping potential expedition members link up, organising social events and inspiring talks throughout the Cambridge year!
