A society intended to support non-law students through talks, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Applying to law is massively competitive and can be incredibly difficult to navigate for non-law students.
This society hopes to create a network of support for the many of us non-law students seeking to become solicitors and barristers. We will do this by hosting directly beneficial events with Cambridge alumni solicitors who graduated with non-law degrees as well as invite the recruiters from top firms to discuss what values they recognise and seek from our non-law degrees. As firms move increasingly towards 50-50 law and non-law recruitment, this society will be enormously helpful to the many non-law Cambridge students who seek to break into this profession.
