CUCA is the largest and most active political society at Cambridge University, providing students with a forum in which they can engage with the Conservative movement and discuss political ideas.
Speaker events are free and open to all, regardless of political belief, but members receive a discount to social events such as the termly Chairman's Dinner.
Speaker events are a great chance to meet and ask questions to high-profile political thinkers and have included politicians such as: David Cameron, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Michael Gove, as well as journalists such as Douglas Murray.
CUCA is also a brilliant place to meet people and discuss important ideas. 'Port and Policy' is CUCA's popular fortnightly evening of debate, where topical motions can be discussed. As well as this, the regular drinks receptions and pub crawls provide a great opportunity to make good friends.
