CUGhS focuses on the socio-cultural well-being of Ghanaian students studying in Cambridge, and all who seek to learn, understand, and participate in Ghanaian culture or cultural activities. The CUGhS seeks to do this by mobilizing all Ghanaians' studying in the University of Cambridge, co-coordinating their socio-cultural and intellectual activities, and creating a forum for members to interact and share experiences with each other and all other interested parties.
Membership is open to all members of Cambridge University regardless of ethnic origin or nationality. All who share an interest in Ghanaian culture as well as those of West African and Ghanaian heritage and origin are welcome to join.
