We shoot Air Pistols and Gallery Rifles (under a bridge)! Trust me, we're not suspicious at all!
If you have a steady hand and a cool nerve, then shooting is the sport for you! The club specialises in competitive Air Pistol and Gallery Rifle shooting. We attend a number of big competitions each year, sending members to the Imperial Meeting, British Airgun Championships and Intershoot. We also have an active social side culminating in the Annual Dinner at the end of Lent term. The shooting season starts with a Beginners' Match but club members can compete at whatever level they feel comfortable with. Our most important matches are the Spring (Air Pistol) and Summer (Rifle) Varsity Match, where a Half-Blue may be earned.
